Where in the business plan did it say plan for a global pandemic?

Ucruit was initially founded as a recruitment training and strategy company. Opening in March 2020, we had won two major clients who very quickly felt the effects of Covid, making our service redundant. We quickly – and successfully, I’m please to say – adapted our approach, strategy and services, and since then, we’ve continued to develop to the extent that our new name is at the heart of our transformation: focusing on our unique fusion of strategy, training, and proactive talent attraction.

On a personal level, I am delighted to continue the Creegan name in business, started by my grandfather in Dublin over 100 years ago. I don’t think it’s too unusual for someone you never met has always been your business hero, so thank you Papa! Synonymous to me with the many successful business ventures he undertook, I – like my wife Rachel – am delighted to have our family name in our businesses.
