We have reviewed over 100os of CVs in the last year for both private clients and for our commercial clients. In this current job market it is vital that you stand out, here are 3 vital tips:
✔ Your profile needs to be written in the 3rd person
✔ Highlight your skills, don’t play hide-and-seek with the reader so they have to try and find them
✔ 2 pages – why 2 pages? because people get bored!!
These are simple tips but you would be amazed at the amount of people who just don’t do this.
Remember to adapt your CV to the role that you are applying for, make sure your story is relevant.
